Francoise Lynch

Francoise uses her impressionistic style and Caribbean background to create a vibrant collection of original oil paintings. Bright reds, turquoises and blues come together in a celebration of color and life! She began her formal training at the Kresge Art Center at Michigan State University where she studied fine art. In was there that she began to hone her skills and was fascinated with the impressionist painters’ use of color, small, thin, yet visible brush strokes, and open compositions. Inspiration from Monet and Gauguin flows through her thick, textured brush strokes and bright hues that are ap-parent in her pieces. “The fun part about art is that there are no rights and wrongs...art is your expression!” Francoise works on five to ten paintings at a time and has a variety of subjects in her art.“I love to work on a variety of subjects. It keeps me challenged. My composition is open and simple. My art reflects my love for color and life!”
