Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us if you have questions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in as close to its original packaging as possible. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at gallery@twigsandleaves.com or call 828.456.1940 during business hours so that we may assist you with return instructions best suited to your item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

We will assess the damage and work with you to rectify and resolve the issue, be it through repair, replacement, store credit or refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Commissions, original paintings, and consumable items are not returnable.

 

Credits
Items eligible for return will receive a credit in the form of a gift card.

 

Refunds
In some circumstances at the discretion of the manager, you may be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to: Twigs and Leaves Gallery, 98 N Main Street, Waynesville, NC 28786.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping and handling charges vary by item quantity and weight as well as shipping region and are subject to change without notice. Insurance is always included in your shipping cost. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties. and Taxes
Twigs and Leaves Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Twigs and Leaves Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
